Mindful U is a class where mindfulness and mindful movement is shared in a supportive environment among peers. The goal of each session is to provide strategies such as mindful movement (yoga), mindful focus, and other activities that can be applied at home, in school, and even with friendships. This class is open to middle and high school students. Yoga mats will be available if needed, but you're welcome to bring your own.
