Summer is over and Monday Meetups are back! We'll be meeting the last two weeks of August for some board games and crafts, and then our weekly lessons will pick up on Sept. 9th, after the Labor Day holiday. 

Gain techniques to self-manage chronic pain conditions such as fatigue, pain, sleeplessness, and stress. This class will address emotional problems associated with pain such as depression, anger, fear and frustration.

"Soil to Boil" is an initiative aimed at promoting nutrition, gardening, and healthy cooking through an educational curriculum.

Join our English for Beginners class! This 9-week course teaches the basics of the English language for absolute beginners. We will cover the basics of the language and then move on to daily phrases you can use in everyday life.
