Event Details

This class will give a brief overview of food regulations, cover food safety hazards that are common during food processing and give participants the opportunity to practice basic food safety techniques, such as cleaning and sanitation, through interactive hands-on demonstrations and activities. Brought to you by UF/IFAS Pasco County Extension and SMARTstart, a Pasco Economic Development Council program. Event space is limited, so be sure to register for your spot!
