In honor of Black History Month, join us for a presentation on local African American history featuring Dr. Heather Parker. Dr. Parker is a St. Leo University Dean, Professor of History and Curator of the East Pasco African American History Archive. Her presentation will include anecdotes, little-known facts, and historical photos and documents.
