Chef Warren Caterson, a graduate of the Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts, is an award-winning author of several cookbooks, including Table for Two – The Cookbook for Couples. He travels nationwide, sharing his passion for food through cooking demonstrations at festivals, conventions, and special events.
