Join the New Port Richey Library as we welcome the Environmental Committee Chair Dell deChant, Mayor Rob Marlowe, and Keep Pasco Beautiful, alongside our library staff as we explain and discuss our designation as a Monarch City. All registered attendees will receive free milkweed seeds and seedlings.
