New Port Richey citizen and USF Instructor, Dell deChant, presents the philosophy and practice of Food Sovereignty in the context of local food systems.

The event will also feature the release of Leaves of Loquat, Vol. 6. Leaves of Loquat is the only literary journal dedicated exclusively to Loquats. Many of the offerings are by local writers. Leaves of Loquat is offered for free-will donations, with proceeds going to support the Loquat Festival and the local agrarian projects.
